Usually the Parent Council organises social events throughout the year and contributes to school run events. This year we plan to have in-person meetings and events, as well as continuing with some online meetings.
All parents and carers are very welcome to join us at these events.
Parent Council meetings 2025/26
Parent Council meetings usually run from 7 pm. The schedule of meetings for this year is:
- Tuesday 2 September 2025, 7-8.30 pm (online)
- Wednesday 8 October 2025 – AGM, 7-9 pm (in person at JGHS)
- Tuesday 25 November 2025, 7-8.30 pm (online)
- Wednesday 28 January 2026, 7-9 pm (in person at JGHS)
- Tuesday 24 March 2026, 7-8.30 pm (online)
- Wednesday 3 June 2026, 7-9 pm (in person at JGHS)

We believe that parental involvement in school activities is a key factor in a happy school community. By taking part in the events group you are encouraging other parents to be involved, creating a positive experience in extra-curricular activities and helping raise funds to improve the school experience for all school students.
